Cheesecake Parfait (Died And Gone To Heaven Good !)

This recipe is not especially heart-healthy -- or any2 cups of powdered sugar
kind of healthy. But, if you are looking for a2 cups of Cool Whip (or another similar topping)
sumptuous dessert (maybe to serve for a specialMeasure into a mixing bowl and whip at high speed
occasion) that is "Died and Gone to Heaven" good,until smooth. Spread over the first layer.

Low-Fat Alternative: you can make a low-fat version2 3-ounce packages of instant pudding (any flavor --
of this recipe using low-fat cream cheese, low-fatchocolate, lemon, butterscotch, vanilla, pistachio --
topping, and use skim milk with the instant pudding.whatever you like)
Bottom layer:3 cups of milk
2 sticks butterPour instant pudding into a mixing bowl, add the milk,
3 cups flourand whip at high speed for several minutes until thick.
1 cup chopped walnuts (walnuts are optional; youSpread over the cream cheese layer.
